This is what this site is about.

I’m a professional writer and editor and have been for 8 years, starting with a 2018 internship. I mostly work with marketing copy, but my preferred types of writing are fiction and nonfiction works of any length. I write original fiction and am very slowly chipping away at some short works for potential publication in lit mags.

I do not use any AI tools in the course of writing and editing. I didn’t study English and Literature for 4 years to hand all the hard work and the fun parts over to a program.

This blog is about the different types of media I like, from movies to music. I might fixate on something for a cool month or couple of weeks, give my thoughts on it, and bounce to the next thing. That’s life. Spinning the block is never out of the question, though.

I won’t bother to put what specific media I like because we’ll be here all night, but here’s a broad overview:

• Book Genres: Sci-fi, horror, fantasy, historical nonfiction, literary fiction
• Movie Genres: Sci-fi, horror, action, drama, musical, fantasy, documentary
• Music Genres: Pop, rock, R&B, soul, alternative, quiet storm, K-pop, soundtracks, funk
